Knowledge and skills possessed by individuals will lead to behavior. Meanwhile, the behavior produce performance. A person's ability, both knowledge or in carrying out work encourage them perform well. Individual aspects related individual abilities professionalism, group environment which they work; such as discipline, job compensation, satisfaction well of organizational system extent employee adheres a commitment growing company. The responsibility human resource management their duties is be able provide suitable substrates for talented capable personnel organization as; commitment, so that can carry with good quality. Thus, according results objectives this study, professional resources directly create consumer its impact on purchasing intention.
 This type research explanatory quantitative approach. To test developed hypothesis using path analysis. Data were obtained from distributing questionnaires culinary tourism actors survey method. sampling technique used entire population sample (census) Likert scale. Primary data analysis was carried after testing validity reliability normality data.
